TURNKEY LEVEL 2: MACHINE SETUP AND RUNOFF
- Controls to develop and debug a loader program and automation cycle for a single
customer part and process. Integration of customer supplied PPG is not included and
would be quoted separately.- Applications debug and verification of CNC cutting program. This cutting program may
be provided by the customer or supplied by MMUSA.- Installation of workholding, toolheads, cutting tools, gantry tooling.- All raw materials for cutting are to be supplied by the customer.- 2 Hour continuous run at MMUSA facility. Routine tool changes during the 2 hour run
are permitted.- The 2 hour runoff will be duplicated at the customer's facility after installation. Basic
operator training will be provided during this time.- MMUSA is not responsible for cycle time, tool life, or cutting process capability. Any
cycle times provided with this project are estimates only and are not guaranteed by
MMUSA as part of Machine Setup.
