1. Subscription Overview
   By subscribing to our HHH Monthly Subscription Plan, you agree to be billed on a recurring monthly basis at the rate of $77 per month per Machine Serial Number. This plan includes one (1) Preventative Maintenance per year per Machine Serial Number, as outlined in the details below.
2. Payment & Billing

• Your subscription will be billed automatically each month to the payment method provided at sign-up.
• The first charge will occur immediately upon subscription, and subsequent charges will occur on the first day of each month.
• If payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription until the issue is resolved.

3. Annual Service Entitlement

• Each active subscriber is entitled to one (1) Preventative Maintenance per year per Machine Serial Number as part of the subscription.
• The Preventative Maintenance must be scheduled within the 12-month billing period and cannot be carried over to the following year.
• Unused services do not roll over, expire at the end of the subscription year, and are non-refundable.

4. Scheduling & Service Availability

• Subscribers must schedule their annual service at least 30 days in advance.
• Scheduling is subject to availability. We will make every effort to accommodate preferred dates, but appointment slots are not guaranteed.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• Subscriptions may be canceled at any time with a written email to Sales@HHHMachineTool.com.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial months.
• If a subscription is canceled before the annual Preventative Maintenance is used, the subscriber forfeits that service.
• If a subscriber schedules and receives their annual Preventative Maintenance service but cancels their subscription before completing 12 months of payments, they will be responsible for paying the full retail cost of the service ($1,000) minus any payments already made under the subscription. This balance will be charged immediately upon cancellation.

6. Subscription Renewal & Changes

• This subscription automatically renews each month unless canceled by the subscriber.
• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing or service offerings with 30 days’ notice to active subscribers.

This service does not include consumables, replacement parts, repairs, or additional labor outside the scope of standard maintenance. Any required parts or additional services will be billed separately.
